These guys were arrested at this “Arab Festival 2010″ for “disorderly conduct” and “disturbing the peace”, which doesn’t seem too far-fetched given what’s on this video. I mean, it seems to me that they were looking for trouble so they could upload this video and yell, “See? Persecution! Muslims are dangerous!” I’m also not sure I trust their commentary on what is going on as they’re obviously biased.
Well, it’ll be interesting to see what the courts rule, at least.
You mean the one who was batting at the camera who even the security guy in red pushed back? Yeah, I thought that was unecessary.
The thing is, though, I don’t know enough about Michigan law to say whether the security guards were allowed to order them to turn off their cameras and if they were, whether swiping at the cameras was permissable. I doubt it, but I can’t say for sure. But we can assume much of the same happened this year when they were arrested. Who knows, the Christians who were arrested might have cause to sue the city of Dearborn.
Which is why I intend to follow this case once it goes to court. It’s so interesting!
Honestly, I have my doubts.

I kind of like it that way, but you may have a point. Either way, I still thought that one security guard was a little over the top don’t you?

Yeah, the guy with the red shirt seemed to know what’s up.
